Halinisa – Privacy and Security Policy

The Halinisa mobile application and web platform ("Platform") adopt the principle of protecting users' personal data, ensuring the highest level of security, and processing data in compliance with applicable regulations. This Privacy and Security Policy has been prepared to explain which data Halinisa collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and what rights users have.

Operating the application and managing user accounts

7. Data Deletion Request

After the request is received, the process:

Within a maximum of 30 days
is completed and the user is informed.

Halinisa is developed for adult users and does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13.

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when necessary.

The current version is deemed effective once published on the Platform.
